We’ve introduced a new feature called Dots, to make it easier to identify, prioritise, and investigate the issues that matter most across your Kanary system.
Rather than searching through large amounts of data, Dots provides customisable visual indicators that immediately highlight key areas requiring attention. Whether you’re monitoring low hand hygiene compliance, overdue tasks, or dispenser fill levels, you can configure the indicators to focus on the metrics that are most important to your organisation.
The new feature also introduces improved drill-down capabilities. Starting from a high-level overview, users can simply click on an indicator to explore the underlying data in greater detail. This makes it easy to move from identifying a problem area to understanding exactly where and why it is occurring.
By combining a clear visual overview with deeper data exploration, Dots helps users quickly identify low-compliance areas, investigate trends, and prioritise corrective actions. The result is a faster, more intuitive way to monitor system performance and focus attention where it can have the greatest impact.
