
We recently completed a multi-year project to completely rebuild the backend of our Kanary® software platform, setting the stage for faster performance and greater scalability.
The upgrade focused on improving speed and making the system more adaptable as demand grows. With the new backend in place, it can now process data more quickly, support more users, and roll out new features with greater ease.

Joel Ophardt, head of our Smart division, noted that this is a timely update. “Kanary® has seen new growth in 2025 and is having its most successful year. This update, which includes the re-architecting of our backend, helps us pursue this vision.”
