New apprentices at OPHARDT Hygiene

At OPHARDT Hygiene’s company site in Issum, four young people are embarking on their training adventure. At the beginning, the newcomers actively got to know the company and the employees of the medium-sized hygiene company through an entertaining scavenger hunt.

At the start of the new training year on 1 August 2024, OPHARDT Hygiene welcomed four new trainees to the Issum site: Levin Stiers, Matthias Roser, Lisa Ophardt and Benjamin Janzen. In addition to the established training occupations of industrial clerk and warehouse logistics specialist, OPHARDT Hygiene is also training an electronics technician for industrial engineering for the first time this year.

To kick off the training, OPHARDT’s HR department organised an exciting scavenger hunt, through which the quartet got to know the company, the individual specialist departments and the people at OPHARDT. Each apprentice has a trainer at their side for the entire duration of their training, who provides support from both a professional and personal perspective.

‘We are delighted to welcome four new trainees to OPHARDT in Issum and to be able to support them as they enter the world of work over the next few years,’ explains Eva Maria Wolf, HR Manager at OPHARDT Hygiene.
